Regular attendance is essential for student success.

If your student is absent from school, please notify us on the morning of the absence using one of the following methods:

Include student name, year
and reason for absence

When reporting an absence, please provide: Student name, year group, date of absence, and reason for absence. For ongoing or repeated illness, a medical certificate may be required.

Students are expected to arrive at school on time, ready for learning. If your student arrives late, the following procedures apply:

Before 8:45am: Students may go directly to class and will be marked late by their teacher.

After 8:45am: Students must sign in at Student Services before going to class.

Ongoing lateness may be referred to Year Coordinators and can impact a student Good Standing.

8:30am

Students should arrive with enough time to get to their first class.

Signing Out Early

All early departures must be processed through Student Services.

Students will receive an exit pass to show staff if required.

If your student needs to leave school early, please follow these steps:

Tips for Maintaining Good Attendance

Establish a consistent morning routine to arrive on time.

Schedule medical appointments outside school hours where possible.

Avoid scheduling family holidays during school term time.
